"This place is not for everyone. I guess if you go to the dentist regularly, then you have nothing to fear. However, if you're like many who have anxiety or dread going to the dentist, then maybe this isn't the dentist for you. Customer Service was exceptional as they go above and beyond to get the maximum treatment based on your needs. They got $100 extra from me to have my scans sent to a Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon out of "convenience" and I felt pressured so I gave the go ahead. After leaving , I did my research and instead went with Dr. Kyoko Yamaji at Telfair Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She was great! Smiles on Greatwood , I definitely havent came back and I'm sure they'll look up my last visit and ask me to call them about my experience...."

"I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Nearly everything about my experiences here have been terrible, with the exception of the front office staff, who despite being out to lunch at the time of my most recent appointment, were relatively friendly. The dentist is essentially just a scam artist with a fancy certificate on the wall. I’ve gone into this office 3 times (fool me once…) and I’ve never walked out without him attempting to upsell me for some $300 issue with my teeth, which in the first 30 years of my life had never even caused me the inconvenience of a cavity. If you don’t know anything about your teeth or already have a second opinion, I definitely wouldn’t trust this guy. On my most recent visit (having already experienced this sketchy behavior) I requested only the $35 cleaning that was covered by my insurance and wanted to waive all other services. He basically told me to stop wasting his time and sent over one of his assistants with a $219 bill, telling me I could either sign and accept the services or leave. I chose to leave and will never be back. I hope you avoid my same fate and choose another dentist from the start."
