"Called the office to inquire about having my bottom retainer rebonded. One side came undone. She asked me if I had my braces done at their office. I said no it wasn't. My braces were done years ago and my ortho is across town. She said sorry they don't work on other patients outside their own. Offered no other solutions or alternatives."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS! They will literally LIE to you so you can spend more money on procedures that you don’t need! Went to another dentist for a second opinion and they were actually shocked at what this dental group was doing. They told my husband that he needed 2 root canals and he went to get a second opinion. Turns out all he needed was 2 fillings. They are messing with people’s health and it’s unacceptable!"

"AVOID THIS DENTAL CLINIC.  They are owned by Pacific Dental Services. They will LIE and UPSELL procedures you don't need. I came here as a new patient. The hygienist (Audrey) said I need a deep cleaning, irrigation, some sort of laser treatment, and a bunch of other procedures that total more than $600. I requested that I just want a routine cleaning, and they said they couldn't do that because I have periodontal disease. They said if money is an issue, we can work some sort of payment out. I turned down the cleaning because I didn't believe what they were saying was true. Then, the dentist (Dr. Wang) came in and said one of my fillings needed to be replaced, and they would do an inlay, which cost almost $400. She didn't offer any other alternatives. I reluctantly agree to the inlay, even though none of my past dentists have said anything about my fillings. Once Dr. Wang was done with putting in the inlay, I immediately regretted my decision. The inlay didn't feel right and wasn't fitted properly. I went to another clinic to get a second opinion. They said I have good oral health and just did a routine cleaning. Furthermore, they have to replace the inlay that Dr. Wang put in because there is a gap. The new dentist did a composite filling, which only cost me $70. Dr. Wang ruined a perfectly good filling that could have lasted for several more years to sell me an inlay that I don't even need. When I called the office to let them know that my inlay had a gap, I asked why they didn't do a composite filling instead. They said the filling was too big, which is why they had to do an inlay, which is a complete lie since the other dentist was able to do it with no problem. They scammed me and took $400 from me. These people should be investigated for their shady methods. This dental clinic is predatory. If they say you need a bunch of procedures, go somewhere more reputable for a second opinion, as they are most likely lying to you."
