Take 5 Oil Change

"Excellent crew. Only 2 guys on duty when I came by for my oil change and inspection but all went smooth. Didn't have to wait in a line either. Both were polite and engaged in conversation so my wait went by quickly. Definitely recommend this location. I always go to the one on woodlands parkway because it is closer to my house but will now be using this one as my go to spot! Great job to the manager and his guy! You guys made the difference!"

"I was very please with the Customer Service at the Alden Bridge location in the Woodlands. I went there for my routine oil change and another fluid exchange. While they were performing the second fluid exchange A part came off and fell inside between the motor/ cables and equipment. After unsuccessfully trying to retrieve the part, they offered to take my car overnight to fix the issue at a different shop the next morning. Regardless of whether the part fell out because it was old, or an accident on their part, they took it upon themselves to get my car to a shop to retrieve the part and replace it with a new one. Even after I offered to pay, they refused and cover all the costs. I’m impressed with the Manager Keith and the 2 employees including Xavier."

"I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service that I received at this location. Luke greeted me, offered me a bottled water and told me that he would be back to help me as soon as he helped his colleague. While servicing my car, Luke engaged me in conversation and provided such a great experience. The service time was short and although it was very hot outside and you could see Luke sweating, he never let it bother him. Great service and great people at this location!"
