"Called to confirm my regular stylist was there, yes we close at 3, be here by 2:30. Cool, drove an hour, getting on list at 1:30 with 30 mins in line, get there at 2, shes not there, waited an hour for someone else. Told them Im growing the top out so just a trim, after i left I realized she cut my length all off, set me bak like 2 months. WTH thanks for nothing."

"Our little dude needed his hair cut but was very afraid because of a past bad experience at a different shop. We tried to get his hair cut here two weeks before but he wasn't having it. All of the ladies here were so nice we decided to try again. Our stylist was Taylor, she was awesome! Taylor made him feel at ease and safe. She went above and beyond for him and was genuinely helpful and empathetic. I highly recommend this location. While I sat and waited both times the staff was happy, engaged and professional. "Do NOT go here. I took my three sons. Two got theirs done by a gentleman there who butchered both their hair. I showed back up to get one fixed and when the other son’s hair dried, I noticed he ruined his hair too. Now I’ve got to go back again and get it fixed. Furthermore, the excuse for my other son’s badly cut hair was that it’s very thick hair. In Lakeway, there’s no issues. I shouldn’t have tried to save time by going to this location and stuck to Lakeway’s."
