"I've never had a bad shopping experience at this location until today. I went in to buy lotion and let the cashier, Brooke, know that it was my birthday earlier this month. Brooke told me that they were out of this months birthday gift and that all she had was next month's birthday gift but didn't offer any solution and instead asked if I wanted to apply for the Ulta credit card. What a joke."
