"This use to be my favorite place because they treated my son good but, after they treated my dad I’m not going back. My dad was standing there looking at the prices because it was his second time going there it’s been a while. One of the lady’s the owners sister told my dad I am not going cut your hair don’t even ask you complain to much and you talk bad about me with everyone he doesn’t even know them. She was really rude and he just left. Not going back this place change with all the new people they have."

"I only wanted a trim and add layers. The lady used thinning shears to my already thin hair without my permission. She asked if my hair felt lighter and I said yes because I thought it was because of my trim and added layers. When I got home and straightened my hair I saw I practically have no hair."

"Never again stepping in this place! First visit for my 2 boys asked for Med Fade got a High Fade..let it go. 2nd visit asked if I can get two specific person, which both were busy and had one more person ahead. I was willing to wait! Older lady (I guess owner) responded they couldn’t because the ladies were really tired and they couldn’t take my boys. Lady insisted for the boys to get a hair cut with her and I just said no, thank you & walked away. It should be what the customer wants since we are the ones paying not for the owner to choose!"

"If you have kids don’t bring them here. It’s not a kid friendly area, they seemed bothered by kids activity and were constantly telling them something every 5sec to stop what they were doing. We are talking about 5 year old twins. My kids are usually calm but today they were so excited to finally get a haircut. As their mother I understood their behavior, and I probably should have done better to control their play run and beautiful laughters. Sadly I left and one of my children cries because he really wanted a haircut. As I was leaving one lady comments “yeah.. she can’t control her kids.” This really hurt, as how they are easy to judge parents who have kids diagnosed with dyslexic/autism. The struggle is harsh and not because of my kids. I love them, but the fact that I am sometimes mistreated by other adults regarding my children it’s hurtful. I wished we lived in kid friendly world and have others understand that they are the future. Let kids be kids!"

"Ive been to worse. Came here on a Sunday. Usual place I go to is closed but my son needed a haircut and I went ahead an asked for an edge up. Better haircut here than some other places, but I will not be coming back. Hopefully. They are friendly and nice which is always a plus."
