"My latest visit there was great. The place was clean, the people were kind, and gentle. I am giving it a 4 because while the waxing experience was good, I didn’t feel like for my eyebrow waxing, the person I worked with knew a lot about eyebrow shaping. I have very thick eyebrows and was pretty disappointed with the shape and the cleanliness post wax. I had to trim and pluck when I got home and shape them myself. I wouldn’t pay for that service again for the full price, but might be open to exploring other waxing options down the line."
