"Took my family of 5 here. The wait time was good. I was a little disappointed with 1 of my daughters cut but I'm not sure if it was because I didn't explain correctly or the stylist didn't do it correctly. It didn't look bad, just not quite what I was thinking."

"First and foremost I was quoted $60 on the phone and let me explain the service I got was not worth that, the lady I had was beyond rude when I walked in and to check in and then didn't want to listen when I was trying to to tell her I was cutting and shaving off a majority of my hair and insisted on dying it first before cutting it , which was odd. They have always cut first and then dyed as to not waste product, but she disnt want to hear that, I wanted a vibrant and bright auburn to reddish brown , she helped me pick a bright color and i was super excited for it and then proceeded to dye my hair then goes to rinse it off and she's almost done drying it and says oh it looks like your hair was dyed before(which we talked about before hand) and color doesn't lift color so its going to be a bit brighter on some places and darker as it blends with the brown, and she's was just going to leave it, I had orange roots and reddish but mostly brown hair, needless to say I was not happy with it, she said well I can lighten the ends to match but that will cost extra, I told her I couldn't afford it and was still unhappy,so she offered to darken the roots a bit so it would blend better for free and I accepted because it needed to be fixed, but my hair is still orange in some places and I wasn't about to let her triple process my hair in hopes she could get it right in round 3, she also ripped out 2 of my earrings during all this and thought it was funny, she then tells me it's $72.25 which I paid but do not feel like what I got was worth $72, I will not be going back and am very disappointed with my experience, I had requested a stylist and got a different one named Ashley she also tried ito sell me on my hair I ended up with instead of admitting any fault of her own Hey yall I had a horrendous experience on Wednesday but it was fixed and then some! My mom got in contact with corporate and talked to Cindy. Who heads up all the Houston and Dallas salons and Cindy set up not only to fix what happened but to make it an all around amazing experience! I found my future hair person named Tammy and loved interacting with merna to get a color correction and cleaned up the cut too! While i would still avoid Ashley and the new caney salon all together I would highly recommend Tammy and the Atascocita location! Thank you so much!"
