"I have been going here for several YEARS now and I never had bad service. That's why I keep coming back. I read some of the reviews how the people were there are rude, etc. However upon my visit I sat in the lobby area & noticed how there's 2 sides to every story. 1st off they're attentive, a guy will always come out to tell you if you need to park or park in line to get evaluated. You don't have to honk for service, it's very rude because their busy working on other cars or inside helping customers. That's so entitled because there are other customers that were before you. This type of business is fast paced so they're trying to get you in & out, I've seen a lot of rude people who didn't want to wait 5-10 mins to just get fussy & drive off."

"Very unprofessional and rude. When I pulled up, I waited several minutes to be in greeted and shown which lane to pull into. Instead, another customer pulls up and goes inside, and then the guy that works there comes out and drives his car around a cone to be serviced. I shouted “excuse me sir“ to let him know I was there first but he ignored me and went back to his computer. I got out and walked up to him and said excuse me, and he said come back in an hour. He didn’t bother getting my name or contact information to make an appointment or anything. There is a Take 5 right down the street that does state inspections that are more organized and friendly."

"PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, very unprofessional. I think they are a front for something else because they don't seem to want you there. The guy was very rude and told me that if I didn't have an appointment I should leave. I also believe the management has changed, I have never needed an appointment before and where is it that advertises "need an appointment" and please don't say that is due to COVID because a business that is trying to make money would just express that in an intelligent way."
