"Absolutely worst hair cut in my life..SPECIFICALLY did exactly what I said NOT to do! Can not believe they let you have a franchise. I started with Tune up 7 years ago on 1488. Absolutely horrible location. Voiced my displeasure and the “manager” just sat in her chair and looked at me like oh well! Great clips would be better!"

"I’m sure they have great stylists. But what’s the point of an appointment if you are still waiting to be called 30 mins after? Especially when they are communicating and other walk ins pass you. Super frustrating experience."

"First off the manager is SO great. She is always extremely kind and great to talk to. Every time I come here they are quick to offer me a drink, get me in a chair, and get me checked out. Ive had such enjoyable conversations with all three stylists I use. This location definitely has it together and you can consider them “on top of their game” to say the very least. I love coming here not because I walk out looking better than when I walked in, but because I can say the staff truly creates a friendly environment."

"When I called to make the appointment, shampooing and two drinks were included for my 13-year-old son's visit. When we arrived, we were immediately seated with the next available stylist. Depending on the cut, you may be charged an additional $10. After that, a second family entered, and they were offered drinks and drinks for their children. When I checked in, the front desk representative only gave me one drink and made no offer to my son. My son's hair was also not shampooed by the stylist. This was our first time there. I honestly felt like a burden while I was there, and the stylist wasn't the friendliest, but I still left a tip for the service. Overall, I'm more disappointed because I hyped up my son before arriving at the salon about the A1 treatment he'd receive based on the phone call with the receptionist, and for $29, it's exactly what I expected. But once there, I was treated very differently. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Two stars for the speedy service."
