"I don’t think they even care about the reviews any more but I am one of those persons that really takes care of my hair and very rare let someone cut it… but my cousins said Tammy was good at it, and she is fine, my mom got short hair and she did a okay job.. on the other hand, my hair is really long and I love to have it like that, it’s been years since I been having it long, it is on a V style and I just wanted to cut the very bottom of it, I showed the lady and explained to her. She grabbed that scissors and cut straight from the top, around 5 inches higher, I am not an explosive person or anything there was nothing I could do she cut it and the asked me once she started noticing the terrible job she was doing. She completely damage my hair, leave one part cut straight and the other part with a round form and my hair that was in the middle of my bottom now is on higher than my waist. I cried my self out for like an hours, and try not to even look at any mirror, PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE is not worth having your hair get this damage. They were pretty nice though and Asian lady is the one that is always rude but agh… definitely not worth it. LOVE YOUR LONG HAIR AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!"
