"I have been coming here for 22 years and have never been so disappointed. Le did my pedicure and if I had not told her twice that my heal was hurting as she was scrubbing it, she probably would have scrubbed all the skin off my heal. It was bad enough that she scrubbed enough to break the skin on my heal and now it’s painful to walk. It also seems that they are not as clean as in past years and they do not appear to sanitize their supplies as could be seen clearly in my past visits with them. Unfortunately, this will have to be my last visit. They are such sweet ladies but the quality and cleanliness is not there anymore"
