"Complete lack of communication, utter neglect and organization. I’ve been to this service center twice only because it’s the closest one to where I live. Both encounters have been a bad experience. I went back the second time just to give them another chance in the hopes that the first bad experience was a fluke. There won’t be a third time I assure you. I’ll drive a further distance in the future just to avoid this location."

"Went to this location over the weekend. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I have been shopping for a new vehicle with Tesla as my first choice but every experience that I’ve had trying to buy one has been poor! This location was off putting. When I drove through the lot, most of the vehicles were either damaged or vandalized. Several were on flat tires, appeared to be banged up, and were dirty. I drove up and down the lot for a while but saw no sales person or employee in sight on a Saturday early afternoon. I also recently heard feedback from a previous Tesla owner that the cars are “junk” to not bother. He traded his vehicle in for an electric Mercedes and is happier with the experience. The Tesla I wanted to buy is a 2023 but had a window defect and I was told by the dealership selling it that their service department wasn’t good - it would be a while to have the repair done. This has set me back in my decision to move forward with a purchase. I am currently looking into other EV brands. Very disappointed with my Tesla experience so far."

"Set up my appointment a week in advance and went for a test drive to Westheimer Houston location on Saturday. The sales office doors were locked and there was only one guy in service department pointed at the closed sign. No QR codes or direct numbers on the doors to reach out anyone. The lot was very dirty and there was an homeless dude taking nap in charging area. The place looked very unsafe with few damaged cars parked on the lot with open doors etc. There were multiple clients by the door seemed completely lost including a Tesla owner came to pickup a part. I guess I am very disappointed cause I was expecting better from Tesla."

"We had appointment at 4:45pm. Nobody was here. The store was closed. Eventually we figured out the remote demo drive."

"I have been so happy with my Tesla and Tesla so far. Whenever anything happened, they picked me up and fixed it without charging me a dime. Completely different story with this location. My car was barely 1.5 years old when the air conditioning went out and having a 6 month old daughter, I had to get it fixed immediately. I've been experiencing some air conditioning issues for a few months but it just went out completely. When they took a look at it at this location, they realized the whole air conditioning system was broken. They charged me for this because I was 2700 miles over the warranty. I don't think it is too much to ask for that one can expect the air conditioning to last more than 1.5 years, especially when its a few miles over the official warranty. This is not a normal occurrence for Tesla and they should have covered this. This location told me they would not charge me until I had a chance to talk to the manager but they charged me anyways without talking to me. My wife and I were looking at getting a Model Y but we have decided against it now since we don't want to pay for a new air conditioning system every 1.5 years."
