"Expected better and got played! I called the salon and specifically asked for a nail tech who knew how to do acrylics with designs. Got there and showed the pic of the nails I wanted and wasn’t told all the details on the pricing, French tip options and pricing wasn’t clearly explained, some surprise fees at the end for length and shape too. This wasn’t the worse part. The nail tech, a man named Andy did not do a professional job. Some nails were crooked. The designs were off- even asked him to re-do, but still he struggled. His hands did not even look clean and so did the equipment. I was concerned about how sanitary everything was. Out of the 10 finger nails, I can honestly say 2 were decent. I was so upset! I paid $100! I called the salon and spoke with Cathy and asked for a refund. I was told they could just refund the tip! Unbelievable! If a nail tech is not qualified, why should they get paid as a qualified technician? This guy was an amateur and did sloppy work. This is the opposite of what I asked for when I called. Why would I go back for them to “correct the issues?” No Thanks! The only request was a refund, because I felt take advantage of! I would stay away from this business because they don’t take care of their customers, even when the customer explains that they weren’t treated right."
