"The service was horrible. I discuss with owner/ manager told her what I wanted. We discussed pricing. I bought my own hair with me. I arrive someone else braided my hair , it was nothing of what I wanted. Everything was horrible. Before I left they said they would do it over. I have called for 2 weeks and haven’t gotten my money back nor have they done my hair right. Would I recommend, NO! I suggest you go elsewhere."

"I found Fali on tik tok and she did not disappoint! Fali is a very kind women. She had 2 new stylist she was training and working with as they were all servicing clients. I watched how she taught them, she spoke kindly and encouraging them as they worked. They played music and videos but it was at a good volume where I was able to work and take calls. The salon is cute and very clean.Her salon is minutes away from my home, definitely found my new braid spot. My braided was Cookie and her sister which are both very friendly & had good conversations as I got my hair braided. The braids are super neat and does not hurt. Can’t wait to go back!"
