"I've never had a cleaning experience quite like the one I had yesterday. I loved my previous hygienist at Proactive. The new hygienist I saw seemed rushed and put forth no effort. My cleaning was done in less than 5 min! I even stopped to ask her if she was really done. She had trouble flossing one tooth so she literally just gave up and stopped flossing! The top quarter of my mouth didn't get flossed. I don't feel confident that my teeth were even cleaned, which is disappointing. I now feel I have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket since this used up a cleaning on my insurance. I am someone who loves going to the dentist and yesterday's experience was awful and will not be going back."

"****Update I was overcharged when checking out during my last appointment. At that time, I was told that I would receive a credit on my account. It has now been over a month since I canceled my future appointments and let the staff know that I will not be returning, I still have not received my money back for over payment. I also have called to inquire about this and my calls have went unanswered since switching dentists. I have visited this office a few times and I have a great experience with the dentist as well as the dental hygienists. I am typically not a complainer, but I really did not enjoy my last experience. My issue is usually when checking out which tends to take 30 minutes to over an hour each time. This time is spent with an over explanation of my future treatment plan. When I attempt to book the next appointment, the details of the treatment plan are repeated to me. This is without me giving an indication that I do not understand. My biggest issue is the sales process of the Care Credit. I do appreciate that they explain to their patients their payment options, but when I state that I am not interested in the Care Credit plan I am ignored, and she continues to sell me the product until I explain that I have to go. During my last visit, after explaining to the front desk scheduler again that I am not interested in the Care Credit plan, her response to me is "everyone worries about finances". I found the comment to be extremely unprofessional and did not understand how it relates to me not being interested in Care Credit. I am unsure if this office receives an incentive for selling Care Credit, but I am confused at why saying no is not enough. Even though I enjoy everything else about this facility I have chosen not to return and have found a dental practice that values my time as well as listens."

"Although this dental office operates on a schedule, same as most, they were able to get me in last minute with no appointment. Madison is a very knowledgeable professional hygienist and equally as outgoing. They have a great facility. But the real attraction to this dental practice is their skill sets. They did such a superior job with my procedure, a scaling and root planning, that I am switching over to this practice from a local Plano dentistry practice. If you are looking for a thorough and knowledgeable dental practice, this is ground zero! The dentist is conservative in her approach to major dental procedures but ProActive in preventative dentistry. I was totally impressed with them. This team has a genuine love for their craft in dentistry and it is absolutely evident from the moment you are on the chair, through procedure, and out the door."

Dr. Saha and her team are engaging, informative, trustworthy, and give no pressure. I keep my semi annual appointments without them having to call me. Madison, my hygienist, is fun and encouraging.
