"Dr. Hill is the best pediatric dentist. She was my children's dentist when they we're children (all grown up now). She's now my grand daughter dentist. This lady is so sweet caring kind hearted and genuinely a good person. I love her staff especially Shaheda (front desk staff). I would recommend her to anyone anytime. I do have one concern. Since Shaheda retired new staff has since joined and none of them ever answers the phone. I called 56 times within 3 days and never spoke with anyone. Had to to wait til our appointment to speak with someone."

"This place was the worst kid's dentist office I have ever been to. They scheduled me an appointment at 5pm. Called a day before to remind me of my appoint for my son. We showed up the next day at 5pm for the appointment and they told me they don't even have appointments at 5pm. Okay so we reschedule for an appointment at 11am a few weeks later because it's Very hard for me to get time off of work and they are only open Mon-Thurs. After waiting nearly 2 hours and after 3 patients who arrived after us were seen, I went to the desk to complain and the front desk lady directs me to the actual dentist. So I tell the dentist we've been waiting for 2 hours and she is indifferent as she says "Oh, didn't realize you'd been waiting that long, I just follow what's on the schedule." And continues doing whatever she's doing on her computer. Apparently she does not follow the schedule. Would not recommend this office unless you want to waste all your vacation/pto hours (that could be spent doing something meaningful with your kids or getting important dental work done) sitting in a waiting room."
