Ritz Nails 2

"Today me an ny mother walked in to get pedicures. It's 5:50. we tell her we need 3 pedicures, and she says it's only 2 ladies in the shop. we are like, cool, no rush, we understand. I was letting my mom go first, but she needed to change clothes, so the lady started on me. I TELL HER I HAVE ACRYLIC ON MY TOES "AN OVERLAY" I'm watching as she decides to do the lazy harsh way of taking it off my mom ask me a question and I'm like no they usually drill the acrylic down to take it off or soak it off. THEN BOOM, she gets a nail, slids it under my nail, then makes me bleed, rips my whole skin, and nails off. DIDNT SAY SORRY, DIDN'T TREAT IT WITH A MEDICATED STUFF, STILL CHARGED FOR HURTING ME!!! I WAS SO OVER IT I SAID NO I DONT WANT THE PEDICURE ANYMORE. She didn't offer NOTHING, not even an apology. NEVER AGAIN I'M LITERALLY CRYING RIGHT NOW"

"Worst nail experience of my life!!! I’ve been coming here off an on for over 5 years! Today was my last visit. My nail tech was awful. I asked for the colored acrylic powder. I told her I didn’t want dipped. What did she do? Gave me dipped!! The shaping was awful. She kept filing the sides of my nails so much that they were sore. Because she kept dipping, I had these big clumps of hardened powder under my nails. I had to come home and drill that down myself. I’ve never had my nails down where powder was left all over my nails. The tech tried to get it off with oil and acetone and it is did not come off. Whatever the kind of dipping powder she use to fill my nails, and it was clumping and sticking when she was filling them. It was a mess! When it was time to check out, they were trying to quote me full price! When they got the manager on the phone, and I explained my experience, she only wanted to give me 20% off! After being held hostage there for two hours with this inexperienced nail tech, they had the nerve to ask if I could stay so another nail tech and repair it! I told him absolutely not. I had to get back to work, and I was traumatized! I know it doesn’t matter today them, but they lost a customer today! I will never step foot in there again. I don’t care what the condition of my nails are! Beware of this place! Poor service, and poor customer service!"

"Nail tech was really sweet but… don’t think my nails was worth $70 for a refill. Especially with the excess dried gel you can see on the side of my nails. She asked where my nails were previously done and I told her. She started talking about how because of the shop, rent, and more they have to charge certain prices."

"I've been here several times. At least ten, because I filled up a reward card. I personally think the service is excellent. I once had a newbie do my nails, and they looked AWFUL. They replaced the whole set FOR FREE! If you didn't get what you asked for, ask them to fix it. They're so nice. I'll never go anywhere else!"
