"I was in town visiting family and decided to treat myself to a relaxing experience...BUT it was far from relaxing. I got the platinum halo. When washing my hair, I had water sprayed into my ears at least 5 different times. When she was washing with the handheld head, water would constantly run into my ears...she attempted to partially fold my ears over versus covering/cupping them. Every time she would go to wash toward the front of my hair, I found myself clenching. At one point, I'm not sure what she did with the handheld head but water was spraying all over my chest and face, and she only patted away the water on my chest. I was grabbed after my friend and when I walked into the room, she was already started with her treatment but were done at the same time...it felt like my gal was trying to keep up with the person next to her and did not pay attention to the left side of my body as much for the massage (which was not really a massage) and did not use the scalp massager on the left side of my head at all. When we were all done, she allowed me to get dressed in the room since I was the only one there, but proceeded to walk out of the room without closing the curtain. She did give me another towel to dry my hair more as the service said towel dry hair, but if I did not have that extra towel, my hair would have been dripping wet all over the floor like the gals that left as I was coming in. I left very displeased with the service and with so much water in both my ears. Definitely not worth the price at all!"

"Never knew this kind of service existed. I have naturally curly hair, with aging texture is changing, and I do not blow dry my hair. Don’t remember the level of service I chose, but Liberty was professional and she knew exactly how to work with naturally curly hair. I’ve NEVER had a blow-out as beautiful as what I experienced today. There were 5 of us and the whole staff took great care of us. May have to make this, at minimum, a quarterly visit. "I came here for my birthday and had a fairly good experience. I got the platinum service that offers a 75 min massage, but definitely feel more like 60 min after all the talking and introductions. The lady who gave me my head, shoulder and scalp massage was a bit rough. I had to tell her a few times to be gentle. Overall, I like the concept of this salon, but think they could make some slight improvements by offering some discounts on your birthday and just a bit better customer service."
