"Queenie did an amazing job on my nails. For reference I had a full set, powder with gel nail polish. I didn’t have to explain how I wanted it, she asked me shape and did everything perfectly. "I would say more three and a half stars, but not four for sure. Might be worth the visit. Perhaps they were just having an off day. They don't have the colors that I truly wanted, but that's not their fault. I had Amy, who did a classic pedicure for 32$, and Michelle, who did a dip manicure for 55$. The pedicure was pretty good, but now my heels are rough. My manicure took way longer than anticipated. My back started to hurt. She hurt me with the filing several times. She also filed my natural nail a bit too much and are now sensitive. The thickness of the dip isn't uniform, and the nails are slightly bumpy. They are too thick for my preference. I had asked at the beginning if they had a dark teal and dark purple and was told yes, but definitely not. They even said it was dark than what I had previously, but it's not even close. She also put it too high up and it's on my skin. I'm bleeding in several places, but said I was just too sensitive. I was wanting a matte finish but she said no, it wouldn't look good."
