"0 starts We were excited to take my son for a hair cut here. When we got there, the open sign was on, but the door was locked., so we knocked. The employee came to the door and I asked if they were open. Her reply "Yes, but I'm busy". She closed the door and locked it back. For 1, that's not how you treat your customers, 2 turn your open sign around if you're "busy", 3rd you see my kids excited to be there to get a fresh cut... he was crushed and wasn't confident in getting a cut after that. You've lost a customer indeed."
