"My experience was okay. It felt rushed and she stood up about 5 different times to do other things then she would come back and shave down my nails super quickly. By the time she put paint on my nails every single nail started burning like crazy (I’m sure because she was shaving my nails super quickly + didn’t take her time so it was raw on top) I had shown her a design I wanted prior to being seated she said she could do it. Then from looks of it she seemed distracted mid-way and wanted to steer me away from doing what I originally wanted to do to cut time . By telling me it’s extra extra charge for deigns which yes I expected. She charged me an extra $20 for 2 nail designs. In total I paid over $80 for JUST my nails. I should’ve paid $80 for what I ORIGINALLY wanted. I think it’s a bit ridiculous and not worth it. FIRST picture is what I wanted VS what I got- from what people rave about Bella I don’t see why…. The colors and the design are completely off, the flowers are half done. Don’t see how that is $20 worth of nail artwork. However, I am always very nice and don’t speak up to tell them to start over because it makes me uncomfortable…."
