"I showed the lady a reference picture literally the same length of my hair (long) just with multiple layers. She never asked if I wanted a trim or anything; she asked where I wanted my layers to stop. I assumed she meant where she was going to cut my shortest layer, so I said below my shoulder since the reference picture I showed her was the same length as my hair. Meanwhile, the whole time she was literally distracted in and out with her coworkers. Then she proceeded to cut 6 inches off my hair below my shoulder, and before I could even react, she already walked off to help someone at the front desk. I told her that wasn’t what I wanted, and she said that’s literally what you wanted, and she didn’t even apologize or anything; she just kept saying I could’ve sworn we'd talked about this. I didn’t even say anything, but you can tell I was upset. This used to be my go-to place, but the women I got was not professional at all, coming from a 19-year-old."

"UPDATE- I have returned several times since my prior bad experience. It seems as though the hairdresser that I previously had concerns about no longer works at this store and I've nothing but pleasant experiences since. Service has always been great until today. My son loves getting his haircut so we are always in and out in a breeze. The stylist was finished with cutting my son's hair and I asked if she could trim around his ears better as I don't like hair touching. She said that my son wouldn't hold still and I told her that he was holding still. She asked if I would hold his head so she could do it again, I said yes. I put one hand on his head and with my other hand, held his ear down and she said "I said head, not ear". I then held his head with both hands and she proceeded to do around his ears again. My son was not moving at all... She did one ear and knicked him (which is why I had put my hand on his ear in the first place). Then she moved on to the other ear and knicked him again. I told her just to stop as it was clear she was just being careless. It's sad that she was so rude because the haircut isn't even bad."
