"Been here a few times for my boys haircuts and they always turn out great! They are also fast and super nice and friendly which we appreciate! Tiffany is great! She has helped us twice and the second time it was a long wait but she called us a few minutes after we checked in and squeezed us in because people were not showing up. From now on I am coming back here and making sure she’s in! Edited: I’m sorry but I just have to edit it. Tiffany is no longer here. Haircuts were really terrible this last time. Even when showing them pictures of the haircuts that Tiffany had done. Just very disappointed. And I’m not one to sit there and tell them how to do their job or to fix it."

"The Great Clips on FM 78 is a bad location. Very disastisfied with this location, customer service is awful. Save yourself the hassle; go to the one down the road off Woodlake. I was probably 2nd to be up the person up before was not present; the hair cutter went to Subways to get the customer. If customer is not present the next is up. That did not happen. I would gotten a better response from a monkey."

"My experience at this Great Clips was wonderful. The hairstylist took time to understand what I wanted on my hair and she cut my hair according to what I wanted. The atmosphere is really nice and cheerful. And the price was was decent. We were able to get in and out very quickly and efficiently. I recommend this this Great Clips over other Great Clips in the area. As a tip it is better to check in online before going in person that way you don't have to wait anytime during your haircut."
