"First off, I would like to say that everyone in the salon was friendly and courteous. And they were able to squeeze me in last minute for a next-day appointment. But I scheduled an appointment for medium knotless and appears I received medium box braids (see pic). I even provided pics prior to my appointment for reference. I showed up on time, but they didn’t start on my hair until approx 30 minutes after my appointment time. And I say ‘they’ because at one point, there were 3 ladies braiding my hair, which was awesome to me and my braids only ended up taking about 4 hours total. So overall, the experience was ok, but I wish they had done what I asked for. Because of that, I only gave them 2 stars and I will not be going back."

"Love this place! Shaved the side of my head a while ago and the growing out phase is KILLING ME. Made an appt to have that side of my hair braided and I LOVE it!! Not only was she super nice, but she took the time to look over the pictures I’d sent as reference and confirmed with me how long I wanted my braids, the style, direction, length, etc. she really knows what she’s doing and you can tell she really cares about her customers. I am obsessed with my new hairstyle and 100% recommend this place!"

"I took my 2 yr old grand daughter to get her hair braided and it turned out beautifully! They were patient and careful with her hair and edges. The salon was very clean and no one else was booked while we were there so no double booking or crowding that tends to happen at other salons. I will be back!"
