"Super sweet people however i followed the owners from the old location. World nail spa. Was going to them for over 3 years. However not the same staff! Made appointment with one of the owners because otherwise quality isn’t the same! They still sat me with someone else!!! Again super sweet lady BUT moved way to fast and harsh! My nail beds are so sore and bruised! Charged for dip asked for dip 3times! 3times!!! They did dip with a gel tip. Not the same. I’ve always gotten a dip tip. Not like old place at all. Will sadly not be returning. My fingers really hurt! Wish i knew what happened to old staff! Oh p.s. they do a little neck massage which is nice. They USE to use a lotion in a green bottle! Now they use some oil, which burned the hell outta my skin!!!! I must be allergic to it or something in it. As soon as i got in the car i dumped purell (hand sanitizer) down my neck to try and remove it and soothe my neck! Such an uncomfortable experience!"

"Nov 23. Went in to get toenails trimmed. Cut my left big toe. 4 weeks later toe still bruised and sore. Had to go to doctor today for treatment. Hygiene protocol not followed...observed nail tech just rinsing hands with plain water between customers."

"I had this place saved on my Google list. Decided to check it out today and I was extremely with that decision! My hands and feet have been lifted up! Because they where dead before this. I got the dip without the tip and the mango pedicure. Mely and Rose did a fabulous job! I so wanted to go to sleep but couldn’t. Whomp whommmp! I was very relaxed. I will be going back!"
