My nail tech was nice but very distracted through most of our appointment due to juggling my service and the salon phone and walk-in traffic. My nails reflected the continuous interruptions and were not the polished look I normally receive. When checking out I asked the young male rep for a discount since my service was so interrupted. He reluctantly applied a very small discount but stated, “I shouldn’t have to.” There are no shortage of nail salons in the area. The service today gives me pause to try other places."
