"I haven’t been back to this location in two years. I came back to check it out again, and Diana cut my hair. She’s a very sweet and nice woman, but the cut really felt rushed. It seemed like she was in a hurry, but overall my hair is pretty even there’s a small portion at the back of my hair that’s half of a millimeter longer than the rest, and she did an okay job when she clipped my bangs. However, I’ll be sticking with my family friend who’s a hairstylist to cut my hair."

"DO NOT go here. I’m still recovering from my haircut a month ago. I had waist-length hair. I asked for 3-4 inches to be cut (about half a comb’s length), long layers, and face framing, like tapered. She cut over 7 inches. When I asked “why? Did it have a lot of split ends?” She said, no it just looked better that way. I was shocked. She then cut two small pieces in the front and said she was done. I asked about the layers, she told me it looked better straight across and refused to add layers. Translation, I’m too lazy to do it like you asked. It definitely did not look better, plus I need layers because my hair is thick and heavy. It looked like the haircut you give a 7 year old girl. I’m not confrontational, so I just sat in shock, saying nothing. Needless to say, I did not tip her and will never be going back. I wish I could remember her name, but honestly, all the women in here need their licenses rescinded. This is the 3rd botched haircut we’ve had here (one being my son)."

"I had a terrible experience here at Mansfield location.The stylist was so rude with terrible attitude. When i mentioned to her she doesn’t have to be rude and can say nicely , she bowed and scoffed ‘ is this enough’ ???!!! Shocked to see the smirk on her face after! Is this how you treat your customers?? Not good for your business to hire someone with such behavior. I could see other stylists being friendly and nice with their customers. I got the rude one! So disappointed. Not coming again!"

"Went to this location for the first time, (my beautiful hair was down my lower back) I asked for a TRIM & specified i wanted to keep it long. This woman literally chopped my hair up to my shoulders! When I asked why, she gave me an attitude & says " a trim would have done nothing for you" omg. I was so angry, who does she think she is. I was in shock."

"Stylist decided to cut our son’s hair extremely short after he told her about his plans to braid it. She cut a good 4 inches off when all we wanted was the sides trimmed up. She was unapologetic about the haircut. Avoid this place at all cost."
