"Very unsatisfied! My appointment was originally 2:45 with stylest Connie and moved to 3:15 without being asked if this time worked for me. I didn't react and just went with the change. I arrived around 2:50 to make sure I was on time. I get there and am told she had a family emergency and would be back to salon when able. Long story short Connie waits until 420 to call me and tells me she was working a client off site and that I can wait for her to finally show or I could reschedule. This is VERY unprofessional and rude. I was patient because I understand family emergencies but being lied to is something I do not tolerate and will NEVER book here again."

"Very happy customer here. I hadn't had my hair done in a few months because it was dry and damaged. This morning I hopped online and booked a same day appointment with Melissa for just a cut and conditioning. But, because she is so knowledgeable, caring, passionate and determined I left with more than that! A few carefully placed highlights (so as to not damage my hair further) to help refresh my ingrown roots, some tips on how to better take care of my hair, a fresh cut, and a lot of laughs. Trust Melissa with your hair. You won't be disappointed!"
