"Very unsatisfied! My appointment was originally 2:45 with stylest Connie and moved to 3:15 without being asked if this time worked for me. I didn't react and just went with the change. I arrived around 2:50 to make sure I was on time. I get there and am told she had a family emergency and would be back to salon when able. Long story short Connie waits until 420 to call me and tells me she was working a client off site and that I can wait for her to finally show or I could reschedule. This is VERY unprofessional and rude. I was patient because I understand family emergencies but being lied to is something I do not tolerate and will NEVER book here again."
