"Wow, simply what a rude and unprofessional ladies. I didn’t make an appointment because it was not a requirement. I only needed a blow dry hairstyle and as I walk in one of the ladies is like what can I hekp ypu with and I proceeded to tell her and she went off to tell me they can’t help me, basically she denied service to me. She said all her stylists ate busy, all you have to do ma’am was just tell me please have a sit we can help you in a bit but she completely denied service, the salon wasn’t even busy only 2 people which were getting already attended. Im not sure if she thought I wanted it service right away or what but all she had to say is take a seat. Horrible experience, was looking forward to it based on the reviews. Not coming here again, please don’t believe when they say “walk ins welcome”."

"Cindy Salon Studio is the worst hair salon i have ever walked into.The owner Cindy Thomas was on and off her phone the whole time with her family discussing money and stolen items. while the other stylist are on their devices and on facebook, gossiping about everyone who leaves the shop. Cindy was so rough with my hair i had to keep reminding her to be easy. she yanked on my earring countless times. I had got a Brazilian procedure and hated the out come! The building was not ventilated properly so when she was doing my hair, my eyes and scalp were piercing in pain. WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THREW. also i am aware they drink in the back."

"I have been going to Kim for over 15 years and she continues to do an excellent job on my hair! She is always familiar with the new hairstyles that are out and works with me on what I am wanting. My whole family goes to her now and she's become family to us. All the hairstylist there are so friendly and I love the atmosphere. I highly recommend this shop to everyone."
