"I’ve been coming here lately as opposed to the other locations and this Ulta is my favorite in all of DFW; Abby & Albert are amazing and I encountered them both when I started coming to this location! They’re so kind and helped me find everything I was looking for and even helped me with makeup tips. Thank you guys and thank you to the whole staff!"

"The staff is friendly and while a couple items I wanted were out of stock, the cashier and manager made the ordering process fast and easy! Also huge shoutout to Toni (I hope that was her name) who helped me with a shade match, she was absolutely amazing!"

"I shop here a lot and today I walked in I’m guessing there’s training going on for the holiday season, however I watched four sales associates at the front of the door fiddle with the front merchandise, see me wave them over with a lip liner looking for assistance. The lady glanced over but no one helped me. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be assisted, so I began to put my cart down which was full of products, I asked a question and a was given the finger. so out of frustration I put my basket down and began to walk out of the store and I heard a sales person scream out “that’s not where that goes” so I responded if you would’ve helped me to being with I wouldn’t have left it. The level of staring but not helping and the audacity of asking me to do YOUR job after you let a sale walk out the door. Terrible customer service."

"Clint was super helpful with color matching my foundation and answering my questions when I didn’t know where to start. My family had pictures with Santa later in the afternoon and he helped me with my eye shadow and base make up. Since, I was short on time I went home and finished getting ready and felt so beautiful. I loved how he did my eyes. I’ll be back to see him in the future. Thank you!"
