"***WARNING to CONSUMERS***As a single mom who worked two years at night school to better my career for my children, I received a graduation gift to have eyelashes put on. I was truly excited because I never treat myself and this was a sweet gift. Well I scheduled the appointment on a Thursday evening for a Sunday afternoon appointment. I started to setup my account but did not finish not knowing I would need to later on. I reserved my spot with card information. Late Saturday night my son was not feeling well which no one can plan for a sick child. Immediately that morning I sent a personal message at 8:06 am to Byanca explaining the situation and never heard back. I received an automated email at 8:13 am stating my appointment had been cancelled. I assumed all was okay because I did not receive any other communication from Byanca. When I checked my bank account I noticed my account was charged $47.50. I immediately text Byanca at 5:08am Monday morning and asked why. She explained it was a same day cancellation fee. NO WHERE on any communication did it explain or advise there would be a same day cancellation fee. Byanca would never admit that there should have been terms and conditions stating this. If there were it would not be a problem but because I was wrongfully charged and not aware legally there would be a same day cancellation fee it is now an ethical issue! DO NOT USE Byanca Kelley!!!"
