"I came in for the first time today to get some box braids done and a lady did my hair and her beautiful little daughter helped out her mom although she was a little late she still took the time to get my hair done on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON for me at first i complained a little because i felt it was not done right and the braids were not the same size or looked good i kept looking at them in the mirror wondering if she was doing my braids right but the lighting was kinda dem in the shop so i really couldn't see the braids very well by me wearing glasses but it looked to me as if they were coming out wrong and i told her as i kept looking at them as she continued to braid and being a little upset and impatient but after i came home i saw my new braids in the mirror and they actually came out really good she put purple in my braids and the purple really looks good and she didnt hurt my scalp they was not to tight usually when i get my hair done my scalp be on fire but these are real comfortable and they dont hurt my scalp i really like them and the purple I brought came out really cute as well thank you again for doing my hair (you deserve a $10.00 tip next time i come back)Thanks so much ;) I didnt even get her name and i really regret that :/ but thanks again anyway you and your lovely little daughter :)"

"Small box braids very professional my appointment was at 2 o’clock and by 2:05 I was sitting in the chair only took 5 hours which I was very impressed because my hair around the sides and back is very short. They gripped every piece of hair will definitely be going back"

"Better yet No STARS AT ALL!! Overcharged me for basic style!! No one greeted me when I walked in .. I took my 2 little girls and they over charged me. First of all the hairstyle looked nothing like the picture I showed over the phone and I showed the lady doing my daughters hair. I was very polite and kind, however, only and only because I wanted my girls to be comfortable. There was nothing about their service nor the style itself that was $140.00 … no extensions were used… no beads.. This was a very easy hairstyle .. they didn’t even attempt to do what the picture looked like… I asked 3 times if I heard it right, I asked 3 times if it was $140.00, and each time, she said yea… I have paid for a basic hairstyle like that before and That kind of hairstyle runs about $25 to $30 … I disagree that they over charged me.. That was very wrong of them… I was still respectful and paid anyways. However, they too know that what they did was not worth $140.00!!! If that's truly their price, they should have told me from the beginning so that I could have left!! The most I have paid for my daughters total hair for both of them together depending on style is $70 to $80 not $140.00 !!! They did nothing special or hard to have charged me so much. Now had they done a hairstyle that is to be $140.00 then I wouldn’t mind paying that.. But what they did, does not cost $140.00 anywhere!!! I was even kind enough to have offered to charge me extra had they helped me take down my girl's hair, but that didn’t work out, because the lady didn’t even bother to properly untwist the last 4 twists left, she picked up the comb and wanted to brush it out instead! That showed me that they don't care for customer care and service at all. And if they over charged me for trying to “help me undo my daughters hair”, that's wrong too! Because they didn’t help!! Also, when the lady finished doing my youngest hair, she was getting ready to get her off the chair without doing her edges!! And I asked her nicely to do the edges, and she said, 'oh you want that too?!' So I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed that they don’t care for Honest Customer Service and Care. First picture is what I asked for, the second is what they did and charged $140.00 for!!"

"I dont recommend this place if you have thick hair they do not know how to manage it…I've have these braids before and they never came out looking like this …my real hair is coming out of my braids already and ive only have them in for one day and not to mention i paid 120 for this style which i dont think i was worth that much especially the way it turned out …oh the first picture is what i asked for"
