"The gentleman from Kansas cut my hair twice. As long as you don't want anything more than a trim he's great. I will not return. He messed my hair up soooooo bad. After an hour and a half and A PICTURE OF THE EXACT CUT I WANTED and SPECIFIC DIRECTION from me the cut was ZERO PERCENT CORRECT. When I went to ask him how this happened he literally turned his back on me and said NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE FEMALE AND WANT ANY THING EXCEPT A STRAIGHT UP TRIM."
