"Now came today like I said in my previous post website says it closes @ 2100 I arrived @ 1920, but they have a computer-generated note that says they close at 1900. I wished I could upload a picture of the sign's original business hours online. Not good business for a customer to waste their time & gas to patronize your business. I"

"On July 18, 2023 I was very pleased to come and received excellent service . I forgot the lady name that assisted me in with the size for my dad 4 suites for my parents 60th anniversary . She's so very knowledgeable she just looked at my dad and told me what size he wears. Her and the owners were very nice and my mother was pleased on all 4 suits color and style. Will be visiting this store this weekend"

"Fantastic customer service with a fabulous selection of merchandise. My dad needed a couple suits. We had gone to other big name stores and didn't even get greeted at any of them nor coukd we find anything we needed. The minute we walked in at Brands, we were greeted and asked how we could be helped. My dad is a big framed man and there was a great selection of suits available in his size. The prices were as expected and fair. They even tailored the suits to fit! We were very impressed and will be recommending this as the only place to go to get what you need!!! Friendly conversation and attention to detail the entire time we were in the store. We walked out feeling good!!"

"A good sales associate makes a place so much better. You have to ask for Gwen. She is AMAZZZING! We started going last year, but to the location near Redbird Mall. She was at that location and attended us. Not only does she have such a great attitude, but very knowledgeable. She is so willing to help and goes above and beyond to find what you need. There's also an older black woman, which I didn't get her name, but she is very knowledgeable as well and super friendly. I recommend you ask for either of them. My husband is odd sized and Gwen always caters to him and takes her time finding what he needs. They have another location near Dollar Tree as well. My hubby buys his suits and shirts here. Very well stocked and organized. So many shirt and suit options. From sparkly, to colorful, to business suits, to shoes- they have it all. Plus they also tailor your suits and it's pretty quick."

"Apparently the store closes at 8pm during the week . When I pulled up to the store at 7:53pm and got out walking to the door the store associate immediately run to the door and lock it, put a smile on his face and says we are closed. When I looked them up in my phone I seen they close at 8pm. I begin to ask why are you locking your doors at 7:53pm when you close at 8pm. Initially there was no answer just the associates looking around at each other. Then the female associate says to me the store shuts down at 8pm. I informed her I understand but I got here at 7:53pm and you locked your door, it is not 8pm yet so why did you lock your door at 7:53pm. The female store associate respond 'because this is what we do' I was confused by her response and told her that either you close at 8pm or 7:53pm. After that I walked away not wanting to blow this situation up and make it a big deal out in the open. All I was trying to get was a black suit jacket. I went to ISW and it took me not even 10 minutes to grab a couple suit jackets around my price range, try them on to see which fits the best and leave. Disgusted with their way of going about the situation. Extremely unprofessional!!!"
