"Had a very nice lady Gloria Holmes that works there help me and I opened a Belk card and the store had a great sale I always thought it was to expensive for me it was my frist it going there with my friend now I will go all the time on Tuesday it Senior citizen's day and I'll be going to check out all the sales. When you have 40 and 50 and 70% off on sales, that's good."
"Terrible customer service. Tried to place in store pick up and received no communication. When I went in to inquire about the order the sales associate was extremely rude and told me they could not cancel the order/fulfill the order. Received 0 information until waiting on hold with the corporate customer service to finally ask them to cancel the order. So even after them telling me they did not have the item, they still would not cancel the order."
