"Don't buy anything from J.Crew online, they basically will take your money and won't send you anything. I actually order a sweater from them and I waited forever for the sweater. First they send me an email that my order was delayed, then they send me an email that my order was cancel, but when I check my bank account they literally didn't cancel my order. They charge me for the order that they never send me. When I try to talk to customer service... They were like oh your order was cancel and we didn't charge you any money. Sure my bank account said something different. The customer service is really bad and they will steal your money and basically lie. Don't buy from them online, they don't have good customer service and are not very honest people."

"Four female associates all did not acknowledge me, greet me or offered assistance. Yet they managed to greet and offer help to all the white female customers standing next to me repeatedly. The store wasn’t busy. I actually found someone’s Ulta bag and shouted to the manager that someone left their haul instead of thanking me she just said “yeah I already know” bich seriously I will never return to this outlet store. Stuck up white passing females. The manager seemed to be of Eastern European with that accent but whatever"
