"This place is a scam! They charged my debit card more than once. Please check your accounts to make sure. I think they’re doing this to multiple people. I saw a lady in the store complaining about her being double charged too. Old Navy, why are you scamming your customers and STEALING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY? I will be turning this into the proper person!"

"So amazed by this location! In the past, it was always pretty messy but they really turned it around with management for sure. Every interaction with employees they asked how I was doing and if I needed any help! Super clean and welcoming, Cindy did an amazing job with checking me out and informing me on everything Old Navy has to offer! Loved my experience! Great job!"

"Be careful. Make sure if a deal you see online/ from your email brings you in store, that you're charged correctly. Oddly for the 1st time I had to ask them to honor a deal that the website said available online and in store. Item wasn't ringing up correctly and I was told it was a past cyber Monday deal. No ma'am it's currently December and it's on your site at this very moment. Thankfully once I showed her the site she honored the price."

"Super excited to stock up on jeans, or so I thought. Me and my daughter had a cart full of jeans. Come to find out only a small section, pictured was off 50%. We left empty handed. I’ve bought here before when the jeans were REALLY 50%. I know many companies use this tactic but not Old Navy. I’ve been a customer for years and this has been my PREFERRED store until now. I am BEYOND disappointed."
