"Called ahead to see if they had any walk ins, was told yes but the lady on the other end answered sternly and sounded annoyed. Came in and they recognized me and both of them looked at each other and rolled their eyes. I understand walk ins can be a hassle but their attitude was hostile. Haircut was subpar at best. Lady cutting my hair was annoyed the whole time and said very little. Still tipped her for her time but won’t be coming back. If you don’t have easy to work with hair they will be mad. Steer clear of this business if your hair is straight and thick or any other complex texture. Maybe my timing was wrong but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth."
