Supercuts

"Just went to this location to get my son's hair cut. He was nervous enough to go, but the stylist, Morgan, says she's great with kids and would be easy on him. I was hopeful but greatly disappointed. Not only was she rough with him and got onto him and yanked his head back any time he leaned his head too far even though she was pushing on it in that direction, but she kept telling him to ignore the fact that there was hair on his face and that his neck was itching him. I gave him my phone to watch at this point and she took it out of his hands, put it on his legs and tucked his hands with the cape and told him he didn't need to hold it because he would use his hands to scratch his face and neck of they weren't under the cape. He told her he could've see the phone down there, and she told him he would be fine. He's 4. He was still sitting super still and quiet but started itching badly, so he rubbed at his neck, and she shoved his hands away twice, telling him to ignore it. He was in tears by the time I finally told her she was done. After 30 minutes, she was only half done, and it looks awful, so now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix it, and hopefully, he won't be scared to let them try. At the end as I'm walking off she has the nerve to say, at least he was pretty good most of the time. I hate that I paid $21 for someone tomistreat my son and halfway cut his hair, but I had to get out of there."
