"There are always staff to help pick products, colors etc..they can exchange, refund without receipt unlike nearby Sephora. At Sephora , I had no help and was unable to make exchange because I didn't have receipt, which is my fault. I pulled wrong lipstick color by mistake that was in wrong color slot which is also my fault for not checking whereas, Ulta staff pulls correct product for you eliminating blunders. I'll never return to Sephora."

"Just left from picking up some beard oil. Amy was my cashier and clearly needs training. Her attitude went from pleasant to absolute shrew because I didn't want to give my phone number or my mom's phone number and because I didn't donate to the charity scam that all corporations are pulling right now. Judging someone for not "donating" to a cause that Ulta already donated to is a pretty stupid way to run things. I'm positive I do more charitable giving than Amy ever thought about doing I just don't do it through corporations. Wildly unprofessional, I would say I won't be back but I'm thinking I'm going to buy everything I can from there and never give my number or donate through them just keep upsetting the frail egos that work behind the counter."

"Every singly person in that store is so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve used their brow and hair services & they are absolutely phenomenal! (Gracie did my hair and she is wonderful!) They take their time & truly love what they do. The ladies on the sales floor are so sweet, I had so many questions and struggled finding the right products and they were just the best and helped me get everything I needed. (They even took their time and helped me try on products until I found the right one) This is the best ulta I’ve been to, & I would recommend anyone I know for their services & products!"
