"We are new to the area and were looking for a new hair salon. We were excited to find Nueva imagen since they have 4 stars and were hopeful that they knew what they were doing. Manuela took 10-15min per each child of mine and skipped my husband who was there (we had made appointments) Not only did they not honor the appointment times but the haircuts look awful. Hair is not even and you can tell it was only a 10 minute haircut vs a haircut completed by a “professional” We won’t be going back and now I am taking my children to another hair place to fix the mess she did. We have never had anyone take 10min in cutting hair and it was definitely a lessoned learned. I highly do not recommend this place."
