"Used to love this Goodwill amd pile my basket full, now there are no fitting rooms so I had to leave with nothing. Clerk tried to tell me the fitting rooms have been gone since Covid. I was in there about 7 months ago and there were fitting rooms."
"I don’t understand why Goodwill has gotten rid of their fitting rooms in some stores. It makes it so hard to shop in person for clothes. I don’t have time to take stuff back to the store the next day. Also the prices were outrageous. I spend 20 dollars and only got a sweater and a jacket. Shirts and jackets used to be $4-6."
"I went here on 12/30 and there was a manager shouting aggressively at employees, ordering them around and generally being abusive towards them, all for talking amongst themselves while working. This went on for several minutes and turned into loud arguments between the staff and manager and the managers behavior was making everyone in the store extremely uncomfortable. As I was checking out, there were two men harassing a cashier for their name and it was clear that the cashier was uncomfortable with giving out their name to the two men. As the two men finally checked out and walked away, another employee told them the cashier's name despite it being very obvious that the cashier did not want their name given out to people who were harassing them. I don't think I've ever experienced an environment that toxic and if that's what those employees have to go put up with on a daily basis, my heart goes out to them and I won't be back."
"I wish 0 could be an option. I love going to thrift stores. Goodwill is probably my favorite store to shop at but at this location it’s probably been the worst. I asked one of the workers if she could explain their pricing system cause I couldn’t find a price on any of the clothing which was very confusing. This lady rolled her eyes at me the minute I was walking towards her and she didn’t even answer my question"
"The store has a lot of problems. Recently, it looks like all the merchandise has been picked through, only the junk remains on the shelves. All the boxes are taped closed, so you never know what you're going to get. I bought something that was taped closed that had batteries. The batteries were so corroded that I had to throw the item away. There is a female that stocks the shelves, all she does is complain about the customers. I like to go there on my day off and after work, but it's such a train wreck, it's really not worth going. The bathrooms are always absolutely disgusting. And the cashiers act like they're going to collapse if they have to put your stuff in a bag or wrap it. It's nice to have the largest Goodwill local, but really this store is a mess."
