"Absolutely horrible customer service! I’ve tried making an appointment with Nayelli maybe 3-5 times and she NEVER responds. I always give it a few days because she might be busy but she just doesn’t reply & when she does it’s very short and unhelpful. Appointments with her can only be made through DM on her instagram but she doesn’t even respond! I don’t know if she’s not taking any new clients at the moment, but if that’s the case she needs to communicate and let me know so I can stop trying to get an appointment with her."
