"My husband was looking at some T-shirts at the men's department and the lady nearby heard us talking about sizes and colors and never asked us if we needed help she was too busy on her phone another young lady approached the area as well and she went ahead and approached them and advise them for any help. I don't recommend this store."
"The service is a hit and miss. You literally have to look around for anyone that is willing to help you at jewelry. One girl was rude and didn't want to help at all, she wanted to continue her conversation with her friend. The next lady was amazingly helpful and helped me shop around to find four perfect pieces I needed. She really went out of her way. I will say, the whole store is overpowering with the perfume smell. It's really strong and sticks with you hours after you leave."
"Didn't find the shirt I was looking for, and nobody asked if Ineeded help; so I decided just to pick up some cologne as I was running low. I stood at the counter for a few minutes being ignored until I asked if anyone was working. I guess the gossip was better than helping customers. Maybe some customer service training might be in order."
