"This store's customer service has dwindled over the several past months. On a previous occasion an associate at this store made an inappropriate comment regarding my underage son's use of the restroom. Then after that I got the wrong part on more than one occasion. Today I decided to give this store another chance and there was an older gentleman to my left who did not even acknowledge my presence when I formed a line with another gentleman behind me. I was told by two other associates I would be helped shortly. Then another gentleman walks in and starts talking to another associate standing next to the older gentleman who had come out the back. This customer who did not make a line was attended right away. So I counted four associates at the store with 4 customers yet 2 associates were engaged with 1 customer and the 2 other associates started helping the customer who didn't even make a line. I could not make sense of this so I then scanned the Google review bar code next to the card machines and left. May someone please explain what the ratio of associate to customer assistance policy is. The store was not that busy to begin with."
"Excellent customer service provided by Mr. Garza. He went above and beyond to assess my battery and explained why it had accumulated acid corrosion. He even took the time to replace my battery. Thank you Mr Garza, I appreciate your help."
"I went to this location to purchase a 6 inch socket extension. I spoke with the manager, Hugo, who was very informative regarding what I would need to finish changing the spark plugs out on my car. He recommended the correct spark plugs and socket that I would need. I will definitely be returning to this location due the the friendly, professional, and informative assistance that I received here."
