"Hands down best Hair salon "

"Was there a few weeks ago. Asked for a layered haircut the man there offered to cut it and did a horrible job. He kept spraying my hair with water and was hard to see the results never faced me to the mirror. Took around 40 mins! my hair was waist length and is now way too short not only that but charged me $50 with no blow dry I was a customer for years with Aurora & will never be going back. Do not recommend."

"first time here was a lovely experience. Jay did a treatment and haircut and was super nice and gentle and really friendly! he makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you want!! highly recommend."

"I called to schedule an appointment for a hair cut and vivid highlights on dark hair, once I arrived the staff was very nice and after briefly waiting I was started on. My hair is dark brown and I knew bleaching would be part of the process as I wanted hot pink face framing pieces. While the stylists was very nice and my hair cut looks good, she failed to tone my hair after bleaching it and it had darker bleach spots on a portion. Rather than toning to match the other lifted portions she proceeded to put the vivid pink color on a splotchy base. As a result my hair is now three different pinks and when my mom and I asked the stylist she said she could put more color over to match it. I knew at this point it was best to call it a day and find a vivid color correction specialist. I like my haircut and the staff was nice, but I would not recommend coming to this location for vivid colors. Really bummed about the cost of what i paid and the new cost I will now have to pay out to have it corrected."
