"People there need training in customer service or attitudinal adjustment. As a supervisor in healthcare I don't understand how any persons "caring for others Health" can treat people with unwarranted rudeness especially a 'supevisor'! Lots of other pharmacies around do NOT go here!"

"The public needs to understand that all pharmacies are super busy. Customers need to respect the fact that the job these people are doing is hard. IT IS NOT JUST COUNTING PILLS ALL DAY. They can not read your minds or can they control what your insurance is covering or not covering. I was treated with respect at this location because I showed them respect. Patience goes a long way. If you go to a pharmacy acting like your some sort of prince or princess then you need a reality check."

"I’ve read a lot of negative reviews but I have to say that I’ve never had any problems getting my prescriptions or a flu shot, etc at the Kenworthy Walgreens. Today I asked a Walgreens associate to help me transfer a medication from another pharmacy because they wouldn’t have it in stock for another week. I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was so very helpful and pleasant and set me up in their system to receive text messages. Two hours later my prescription was ready for pickup- no problem. I’ve been trying to get this medication for 4 days and they made it so simple. Thank you to the pharmacist for helping me make the transfer. Thank you for the friendly and prompt service!"
