"I asked a simple question to see if the employees knew of a different kind of food or supplement for my dog that suffers from dry skin and I was shuffled from one employee to the other and they did not seem to either understand the question or had no idea how to help solve my dog's issue other than push a product I have already tried. I felt more like a burden than a customer. BTW, I have been going to this business for almost a year, I have exclusively fed my dog their food this whole time. Considering other store options now."
