"The girl with the black hair and glasses in the pharmacy was RUDE and hateful. We will be changing pharmacies."
"This pharmacy is great! Good customer service and beautiful thick staff members. It's an awesome experience every time I go"
"Walgreens is one of my favorite companies to buy essentials, medicine and even snacks. They always have the best deals and friendly staff."
"After going to this store, I had several interactions with the shift lead TJ. Plainly, she is rude, hateful, cruel, and just plain overshares with customers and employees. I was waiting to check out and she was at the register talking to the cashier telling them about her sons medical issues and her daughters assault. No person should have to hear this, let alone what looked like a teenage girl behind the counter. If that’s not enough she’s just plain mean and sarcastic. I have no idea how she managed to be a shift lead."
"Employees refused to take a Fedex package, claiming it is too heavy. It was prelabelled and preweighed at 22 lbs. The first employee, a plump black female lifted one end and said 'thats too heavy to lift. I asked what their limit is, she said 55 lbs but my baby weighs 50lbs and this is heavier than my baby." I said my box is preweighed at 22 lbs. Next she called Ariana over, and she too lifted one end and agreed with first girl that my box is too heavy. I showed them on my phone the weight of the package but by then they didn't care. I promised to complain, took pic of the FEDEX terms card on their counter saying they would take 55 lb packages. Then I went across town and shipped the package with a real Fedex drop point. Later I called back and go the manager "Justine" who agreed with the employees that they would not take 55 lb packages, but could not tell me what they would take. She kept saying "if it's too heavy to lift" we don't take it. I asked what that limit is, if I get a lazy stupid employee or an strong ambitious one, what is that magic number. She wouldn't tell me a number, only 'if it's too heavy to lift". I asked how I as a customer could know what their new unadvertised weight threshold is before I make a trip in to ship another Fedex package. She finally decided 15 lbs. So there you have it, direct from the manager... FEDEX DROP POINT AT 34TH AND OSAGE ONLY ACCEPTS UP TO 15 LBS. THE 55LB LIMIT BY FEDEX IS NOT VALID. And the crack employee who can lift her own 50 lb baby will only accept a 15 lb customer package, because ITS TOO HEAVY TO LIFT. We sure don't want these employees going home too tired at the end of the day after all... All this endorsed by the manager Justine."
